The location of the hotel is excellent, with a bus stop right in front, making it convenient for transportation. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing valuable information about the local area and how to get around. com, so there were no surprises. the prices of the hotel were very reasonable, especially compared to other options in Crans Montana. the breakfast, which was included, was enjoyable and added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Alaïa Lodge for families.
Felt very comfortable, no complaints.

The breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of options including eggs, pancakes, and fresh fruit salads. The beds were comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel had a nice interior and friendly staff. The self-check-in system was convenient, and the location was ideal. Having its own parking, bar, and restaurant was a bonus.
Nothing that I didn't like.

I absolutely loved the ambiance of the hotel's decoration. The warm and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and beautifully designed, with comfortable seating areas where I could relax and read a book. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel without any difficulties.
I would have appreciated a wider variety of activities specifically catered towards senior guests.

The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh items including eggs, toasted bread, coffee, tea, pancakes. the service provided by the staff during breakfast was also exceptional, making our experience enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, as it was conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and ski lifts, allowing us to easily explore the area.
we missed having a mini fridge in our room, which would have been convenient for storing snacks and drinks. Despite these minor drawbacks, overall, we had a pleasant experience at the hotel.
